Spa Etiquette and Cancellation Policy.
We have anticipated the following questions you might have about our spas.
Who can spa?
Everyone can enjoy our spas but we request that an adult accompany any children at all times.
How early should I arrive for my spa treatments?
For your very first time 15 minutes, so we can help you become accustomed to the spa layout and assist you in filling out any relevant forms. On any subsequent visits we recommend 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you can enjoy a herbal tea and start unwinding.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes or we recommend your robe from your room if staying in any of the Resorts. Robes and undergarments are provided by the spa. Please be reassured our Therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over areas of your body to protect your privacy at all times.
What do I bring?
Just yourself. Please do not bring any jewellery or valuables with you to the spa, as we take no responsibility for their loss or damage.
What do I need to tell you about me?
Prior to your treatment you will be required to complete a simple questionnaire to assist us in providing the best possible experience in relation to any ailments, allergies or areas of discomfort you may have. Please discuss your concerns with your Therapist.
Our Cancellation Policy:
Late cancellations and no-shows impact on us significantly. The time for your treatments is reserved especially for you. To confirm this time we require your credit card or gift voucher details. We understand sometimes you may need to change your appointment and we kindly ask 48 hours notice for evening and weekend appointments and 24 hours for all weekdays.
Our time, like yours, is valuable and booking an appointment and providing your credit card or gift voucher details is an acknowledgement of the following terms:
- Failure to show or cancelling less than 6 hours before your appointment will result in a full charge being made.
- Cancelling an appointment outside the 48 or 24 hours notice, as explained above, will result in a 50% fee being charged.
- All phone calls must be recieved during normal work hours.
- If you arrive late for your apointment and your treatment has to be cut down the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
All our spas have a waitlist and if your cancelled appointment can be completely or partly filled we will call and let you know as this amount will be deducted from your cancellation or no-show fee. This will still leave you with the opportunity to enjoy your escape experience at a later time or date. If you are using a gift voucher to pay for your treatments and you cancell but we have been able to fill all or part of your appointment, your voucher will have to be adjusted. We request you bring your voucher in so we can make the appropriate alterations otherwise it will be registered as cancelled.
