Positions available for immediate start:

  • We have no Beauty, Spa and/or Massage Therapist positions available at the moment for an immediate start. In December 2010 we will be looking for a beauty/massage therapist for all our spa locations so get your resume in early.
  • Escape Day Spas over the next 6 months will be looking for a full qualified therapist with an absolute minimum of 4 years experience to join our Management Team. This therapist will have to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable and involved in our industry. They will be motivated, creative and have solid ideas on how to gain the respect of a team, create new business and keep our old clients returning. Training will be provided but what we are looking for is strength of character, maturity, responsible, self-aware, self-reflective and above all honest. We love what we do and have many projects and career opportunities available year round. These opportunities include Beauty, Massage and Spa Therapists positions, traineeships with TAFE, work experiences, Salon Management and Spa Directorships.

At present we have filled all our traineeship positions for 2010 but here is a brief description of a Traineeship within Escape day Spas. A traineeship is where we train you in all aspects of the spa industry and TAFE set all your assignments and exams. A perfect way to enter the industry but can't afford to take a year or two off to study. We also pay you while you learn but we expect passion and an understanding of spa, skincare and makeup before you apply for the position.
